I have questions for address change.
I used TX address when I submitted I-140. After moving to NJ in 2006, I ONLY mailed Form AR-11 to change my address. On August 1st, 2007, I moved again and also ONLY mailed Form AR-11 to change my address.
Now I want to update my new address with USCIS. When I went to USCIS website to change address, I found out online address change has two different functions at the same time: Form AR-11 and address change with USCIS. My questions are: 1) should I change my address with USCIS online or by calling USCIS? 2) Which address is the “old address”, the one in TX, or the previous one in NJ?
Thanks.
