Finally, today (10/25/2007),the I-485 case status for both myself and my wife changed to:
Current Status: Card production ordered.
On October 24, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

NOTE:
1, 485交上去以后基本上没LUD(不管是不是FP,还是我搬家)
2, 基本上收不到CASE的EMAIL(虽然我登记了),包括这次被批,我也是在USCIS上查到的
3,4月份曾经打电话给USCIS,问CASE情况,说1个月给答复,最后收到的信是网络上CASE的COPY,哪里有是不是NAME CHECK等PENDING的说法,当时很失望.
4,没找议员或其他人,一直在死等
5,类似我这样情况的朋友,我们都从2004年分别从3月到家开始交140的,我的几个好朋友(EB1和NIW)都还在485等待中,他们有加州中心和TSC中心的.实在痛苦
