Help: NIW changing job Bigrock20072007-10-26 04:45:47

My I-140 was approved based on NIW, and I am waiting for I-485. For NIW application, my research field was reported as Physical Chemistry. Can I try to get a job in Analytical Chemistry field? In other word, can I get a job in the more general Chemistry field, or do I have to stick with the more specific Physical Chemistry field? Thanks.
