I used to hold f2, and i went to CJ to apply f1. now i am applying for h1.
the lawer send a form to me, and i am not sure about the question:
"has your immigration status in the Us ever been changed?"
if i changed my f2 to f1 in school, of course my answer is yes. but in my case, i applied a new visa outside us. so what should i answer?
any suggestion will be appreciated.
