I filed for my son I-485 and AP together to NSC on July 26 07, when I got my GC. I haven't received receipt no and checks are not yet cashed now.

Call NSC couple of times, the officers told me couldn't find my son's application file in their computer system. They declined to check the mail in their end even I gave them the certified mail. delivery no.

I am quite mad at the NSC and can't afford waiting any longer, because I don't know if I have to file an application for my son again, because we are planning to go back China soon.
