Hi,

My parents visited me in USA in 2005 for 3 months. They lived in JiangXi then, so they applied for the visa in Beijing. Now they live in Guanggzhou with my brother after retirement. I want to invite them to visit me again. Do they have to go to Beijing to apply for the visa or they could apply for it in GuangZhou?
