Can I use AP to come back to US but keep the H1 visa? tamade2007-11-02 21:12:07

Today (from yerterday), a few posts showing the new law for who has filed I-485, AP and EAD, who can come back to US without showing the visa officer to receipt of I-485.
My question, can I still keep my H1B stutas after (if) I use AP to come back to US after I visit to China?
