I do not know why I can not download and open DS-156 English version from Shenyang, Beiing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou for some days. Can Download DS-156 from somt other sources and submit to Shenyang Consulate for applying visa?
one more question, When I download DS-157 English version, in fact, it is in both English and Chinese. Chinese version DS-157 is only in Chinese. Do I need to both of these two forms?
