just got my citizen. I’m going to file I-485 for my mother. Here is her status. Her b-2 expired on July 2, 2007. I filed I-539 to extend her b-2 on Jun. 26, 2007. I have the receipt. I haven’t heard anything from USCIS yet. So I don’t have her original I-94 because I sent to USCIS with I-539. In this case, could I file I-485 for her and what documents I need? Any help will be great appreciated. Thank you.
