Filed Concurrent NIW I140/I485 in NSC. Shipped the package by FedEx on July 26, Delivery on July 27, 2007 (have FedEx Signature Proof).

NSC received on Oct 2 (the time stamp on I-140 form and Fedex receipt). Today I got another I797 Notice of Rejection due to wrong filling fee of $195. So frustrated. They rejected me again for asking the $475 filling fee, although my initial filling in eligible for the previous fee. Does my initial filling still valid as for I-140+485 concurrent filling.
Because this, my I485 medical exam letter was opened by NSC already. In the second rejection letter, they ask why that letter is opened
What should I do ? Call them ?
