I140, March 18, 2005, approved 3 weeks later.
I485, July 1, 2005,
Infopass, June, 2007--NC pending.
Contacted the congressman and senator of our state after that.
Infopass, November 8, 2007---My NC was cleared in September,2007,my case is under jurisdiction, but not for my wife.
Today checked out the status from online---my daughter's and my I485 got approved yesterday ( November 8, 2007). My wife's case is still pending. She went back to China this September and got back to USA with H1B visa. This might affect her NC.
