I submitted my I-140/485 (EB3) concurrently in May 2003 to TSC. Now they are still pending. I checked the USCIS website, and found that the processing time now changed to 400 to 450 days for I-140! Anyone like me submitted I-140 in May 2003 but still pending? It's really frustrating. Anyone got luck and approved?
