Questions regarding H1B visa transfer cakelover2007-11-10 01:27:05

I am currently working for employer A, I am thinking to transfer my h1b visa to employer B. The new company wants me to start as soon as possible. I don't know when can I start working for the new employer? Can I start working for the new employer while filing the H1B transfer doc? Or should I wait until the approval of H1B transfer?
