I came to US with F2 visa several years ago, then F2 was changed to F1. My intial I-94 form was submitted to USCIS when I applied for F1 visa. Now I am applying for H1b visa. My attorney recommended me to apply for the replacement of my intial I-94 because I don't have a copy of that. I don't want to do it. But my attorney said that it would be a risk for my H1b visa application. Do I have to do it? Thank you very much.
