how many EB1-B got interviewed as far as you know?
I called CIS, a supervisor told me my employment-based(EB1-b outstanding researcher) I-485 should not be interviewed, and asked me to write a letter to the district officer to see if they treated me as a family-sponsored case.
timeline of my case is
I filed two-140(NIW and EB1-b) in March. 05 NIW was approved in Jun.05 and EB1-B approved in Sep. 05.
My 485 was filed in Apr.05 and was attached with my NIW.
I wrote a letter to CIS(actually my lawyer did)and asked to switch my 485 from NIW to EB1b.
I was interviewed in Jan. 07 at local office, and was told decision couldn't be made until NC clears. case is still pending now.
