mywife had gone back china before I got 140/485 filed monthes ago. seems we can file 485 for her once she comes to US currectly. But if my 140 approved (hopefully lucky enough) before she enters US, can we apply 485 for her? Thanks.

She can file I-485 anytime if you got marry before I485 approve
