Current EB2 based PD is back to 2003. I submitted my 485 on July 26, 2007 and my filling date of 140 is March 2006. Now I received EAD card and 485 receipt, last week received a letter requiring me to RE-DO my finger print this Nov 30 as they said they can not read my finger print results.
So I am thinking that maybe I need to think about another way to get my GC?
My hu*****and became US Citizen this September. Should I restart my 485 process as a dependent of my hu*****and, rather than this company sponsored EB2?
Any comments?
If so, what forms I have to submit?
