AP pending, can I go back to China? diver1232007-11-20 04:01:36

I'm a canadian citizen, working in USA with H1B visa, just applied I-485/AP, got receipts last month but AP still pending, need to go back to China soon. Can I go without AP approval?

you can re-enter with H1b visa, won't nullify your AP.
