My 485 has been pending for over 3 years. My hu*****and is the main applicant (NIW) and he got his green card in October 2006. Last week NSC sent me a RFE asking for my hu*****and's employment letter. My hu*****and recently joined a firm working for a Chinese friend in the field he worked when he filed his NIW.
My question:
1. Will a recent starting work date affect my 485?
2. Will the immigration officer suspect the Chinese company? anything?
Is there any better solution for this?
