Hi XiaoBaiTu,
I have two approved I-140:
1) The first approved I-140 case with the priority date of the end of 2006 based on PERM, but my I-485 was not able to be filed when the I-140 was approved due to the retrogression at that time.
2) The second approved I-140 case with the priority date of end of 2000 based on the labor certificate substitution. This I-140 case was concurrent filed with my I-1485 petition in early 2007.

Here is my question:
Do I need to notify USCIS and tell them which I-140 case they should link to my pending I-485? Or USCIS should link the second approved I-140 to my I-485 due to the concurrent filing?

Thanks advance for any comment

write a letter to CIS to request interlink your two 140s

only two approved 140s can be interlinked to one 485

you concurrently filed early PD 140 with 485. Not a problem.
