I am now working for a university with my H1 visa. My NIW I140 petition
is pending. If I resign from my current job and start to work at a
company with my EAD, the university will no longer hold me on a H1. My
questions are: 1) Will the approval officer know what is going on when
my case is processed? 2) If I keep my current address, would that be any help?
