My sister's family including her hu*****and, herself and a 5 year old daughter has been approved for immigrating to US based on family priority. While they were waiting for getting the interview at GuangZhou consulate in China, she gave birth to a second child just a few days ago. Now they are scheduled to go to the consulate for an interview next month, how can she add the new born baby to the immigrating family?
