plan to go back to China using AP very soon. The questions are if we need to return the old I-94 card when leaving USA and if need to fill a new I-94 when come back? Someone said we don't need to fill a new I-94 as we are residents. Is that true? Many thanks!

You still need to handin old 94 and fill out 94 upon CBP.
