Anybody have done on e-filing AP (FORM-131), plese help me out on the
following question:
1. Part 5. Complete only if applying for a Reentry Permit.
Do I need one of the options for each question here? if yes, I should
check the box of "less than six months" and the box of "Yes", respectively. plese
correct me if I am wrong?
2. after part 5, I was told that I have reached the end of the form 131. but
the form 131 I download from USCIS has 9 parts in total. so I am confused
why e-filing form and paper form are different?
3. I am one of July 2nd filers. accroding to the following explanation,
my EAD/AP applications have to be submitted via regular mail. I am not
allowed to use E-Filing for EAD/AP. am I right? (the following is from USCIS e-filing instruction page)
Filings made Pursuant to Visa Bulletin No. 107: As previously announced,
all forms I-765 and I-131 applications based on employment-based adjustment
of status applications filed pursuant to Visa Bulletin No. 107 that are
submitted on or before August 17, 2007 must be filed under the fee structure
in place prior to July 30, 2007. On or after July 30, 2007, those
applications may not be electronically filed and must be submitted to a
Service Center via regular mail or courier service.
