I am from mainland China, and my wife from Taiwan. I filed my 485 with EB2 on 8/17/2007. My PD is 02/2006. Is my Visa number available? Someone told me the answer is YES. He said I could follow the rules for the EB2 for people from Taiwan. I am the main applicant, and I just doubted how the officer would get the sponse's information on my case. Should I call uscis, or ask the attonery to write a notice?
I hope I have made my questions clear. Thank you for your serious input in advance.
