My H1B status was approved on October this year ( OPT before). I went to US Totonto consulate for visa stampe but my case is pending.

Case : 221(g) Yellow - Interagency Clearance
Status : Pending
I don't know what yellow paper means? and How long will take for processing? Your answers would be highly appreciated...
