我的H1在2009年5月1日到期。请问我用AP回美后，是应该立刻延H1还是等到2009年H1快到期的时候延呢？
我用AP回来后还为同一雇主工作，我不需要用EAD对吗？

本来以为自己挺明白这两个问题，但是今天一个同事说如果我用AP乐，就必须用EAD工作，所以我又糊涂了。
