My daughter (13 years old) is currently studying (middle school) in China, and taken care by my parents. However, my parent’s health condition does not allow them to continue to take care of my daughter now, and I have to take my daughter to US ASAP. In fact, my daughter came to US in 2004 with L2 visa (I had L1 visa), and stayed in US with us for half year, then returned to China for school in March 2005. I made big mistake, I did not file Green Card application for her during my application (EB1). I got my Green Card in June, 2006. Could some one give me some advice on how can I bring my daughter to US ASAP? Should I file I-824 or is there any better way to do this? Can I apply B2 visa for her, and get her here first then file I-485? Many many thanks.
