I am a F1 student and will graduate soon (I-20 will be expired sonn too), both my I-140 (as a spouse) and I-485 are pending, so I can not apply an OPT. Because the time left is too short to apply a H1-B, what can I do?
May I apply a EAD and just use for several months until I get H1-B, then change my status to H1-B? Because using EAD without I-140 approved is dangerous.
