From web site, DOL is processing Jan/2003 Regional case of San Francisco RIR LC,

My case was transfered to Regional(Fedral) DOL on Jan/20/2003,
but still waiting for result now.
Did anyone get RIR Labor Certificate of California this week?
when your case was transfered to Fedral DOL?
So I can guess after how many days I can start to submit I140/I485?
