父母探亲，why Printed I-156 expire date is 09/30/07 freshman882007-12-15 20:47:09

I am preparing the forms for my parents' B2 visa, but last night I found that there's a expire date "Expires 09/30/2007" on the downloaded I-156 form(top-right corner).

Could somebody tell me if we still can use this form? If not, where can I get the new form? If you know, could you give me a link?
