2.A. if the spouse or child is in the united states, the individual derivatives may file their form I-486 adjustment of status applications concurrently with the form I-485 for the principal applicant, or file the form I-485 at ANYTIME AFTER THE PRINCIPAL IS APPROVED, IF A VISA NUMBER IS AVAILABLE.
这里明确指出在主申请人绿卡批了以后，SPOUSE(须在美国境内)还可FILE。 只是这里没有明确婚期须在主申请人绿卡批之前还是后。 AM I MISSING SOMETHING? 我认为婚期在前的话，肯定没问题，如批准在前，不知如何，请高人指教。谢谢。
