From my stand of view, my LG supposed get one out of 50,000 quota already when they approved my GC which was last year. In the other words, USCIS should have reserved one out of 50,000 quota for my LG since 50,000 quota include dependents. Is it right? If it is right, they should issue GC to him now since name check clear now. But senate told me that he need wait until his proirity date be
