I just got the Notice of intent to deny from Texas, officer XM0030, as:
"Notice of intent to deny:
reference is made to the immaigrant petition for alien worker, form i-140, filed with this office on behalf of the above named petitioner and beneficiary. any response to this notice of intent to deny should be submitted to above address. place a copy of this notice and the attached coversheet on top to insure timely processinge.
the petitioner is self-petitioning to be employed as an alien apply for a natioal interest waiver and who is a memeber ot the prefessions holding an advanced degree or an alien of exceptional ability
service records indicate that this petition was electronically filed and received in this office on july 25,2007
(your attention is invited to the enclosed E21 attachment national interest waivers niw)
you must submit the requested information within thirth-three(33)day from the date of this correspondence. failure to do so will result in the denial of your petition."
Then it contains the E21 which is the laws for EB2 and NIW with the addtional notes: an advanced degress is defined as.....
Bascially, it said nothing and just a letter of notice of intent to deny, no REF. I am suprised about only 33 days to reply during the holiday season and worried they may lose my original package.
Is it useful if I call them and ask whether them lost my package?
Can I just send in the copy of orignal package or I have to rewrite the petition letter and added some more recommendation letters or other evidences?
