1. my mom just went back to China in middle Dec. of 2007. Her current visa
expired in March 2008. She planned to come here in May 2008. If she applies
visa again in Shanghai, does she have a good chance to get visa again?

2. Can my mom apply visa through CITIC bank?

BTW, my mom stayed in the U.S. less than 6 months..
