After more than 1 year of my applicaion for I-140, NS center asked me to provide additonal evidence:
1). If applicable, please submit evidence in the form of letters from current or former employers showing that you have at least ten years of full-time employment experience in your field of endeavor
2). Please submit of your annual salary of rremunerations for your services in your field as evidence of your exceptional ability
3). Evidence of your memberships in all professional associations (I submitted my field memberships)
4) Additional evidence of your personal recognition for achievements and signinficant contrbutions to your field by peers, governmental entities, or professional organizations (I also submitted references)
5)Submit a complete publications citations list for your work. The most difficulty part, I only have several citations.
6).Evidence that establishes you were in a key role as a co-principle investigator/researcher. Submit a copy of the first page of the specific grants you are working on.
Please give me suggestions, espeically qustions 3), 4), 5)and 6)
For question 3): I submitted a copy of memberships of my field, what did they ask for?
For question 4): I submitted 8 reference letters. How should I provide addtional supporting letters?
For question 5): How should I deal with that? because I don't have enough citations
For question 6): I worked as a postdoc.in the past years. My name was not listed on the first page of he specifice grants.
Will an attorney help this case a lot?
