i am a H1B employee in US, i got my PR approval this Nov. I
planned to land in Toronto,apply for an entry visa as H1B and then back to
US immediately. However, it seems it is difficult to get an appointment in
Toronto while a little bit easier in Otawa. Thus, I am wondering if I can
land in Otawa and then pick up my visa in Toronto if i have to.
