Urgent! concurrently 140/485 meng-hu2004-06-26 05:20:15

I concurrently filed my I-140/485 (EB-2) to Nebraska Service Center through RIR last year and my receipt date is Oct.5, 2003. I changed my job to another University this April (which is more than 180 days from the I-485 receipt date). The new University is still in the area of Nebraska Service Center. My I-140/485 are still not approved yet.
My questions are:
1. Would my job change affect my I-140 process?
2. I just noticed that the process time of I-140 is Oct.6, 2003 which covers my receipt date. When should I mail USCIS to inform my job change? Or I don’t have to do it and just wait for the FRE?
Any suggestion will be highly appreciated!
