I have some questions want to understand.

1.Can a person on H4 visa invest for the company as a shareholder?
2.Can a person on H4 visa work for the invested company on a
voluntary basis and therefore draw no salary?
3.But at the end of the year can a person on H4 receive and share profit as investment from the invested company?
