Questions about Writing a letter to First Lady for my daughter freecall2008-01-02 16:40:30

Happy New Year, All:

I am planning to write a letter to First Lady helping
my daughter to get her H-4 visa, she was rejected twice
already. I changed my visa from F-1 to H-4 then to H-1,
so I am worrying about going back to get my visa. I hope
the First Lady's letter will help her.

Do you think I only need to list her name and birth date, and visa Embassy name,and my name and my hu*****and name, is this enough information for First Lady to contact the Embassy?

She needs to renew her passport, so no passport number is available yet. is this passport number very necessary?
