my friend, her 485 pending because NC, 140(EB1) approved about 3 yrs ago.
divorced and has a 16 year old daughter lives with her ex-hu*****and. Now she wants her daughter to come to US to study in high school. her daughter need to apply for H4 visa or other visa?
