My hu*****and submitted I-864 for his parents' GC application 2 months ago.Now he will fill I-864 for my marriage green card application.
1. in Part 3. item 9
Should we select item 9 and put his parents info in the table since within 6 months he also sponsored them?
2. item 10 should be "3","me+his pareants", right?
3.For item 24,"b", If my hu*****and's salary is greater than 125 percentof the Federal Poverty Guidelines for his household size from line 21h,my salary do not need to be filled in 24b, right?
