My I-485 pending in Nebraska (filed when I was in Indiana). Now moved to Delaware. I Had two EAD before,and now need renew it. So where to file, Nebraska or Texas? The new 765 instruction is confusing and even miss the state of Delaware. I think I shall send package to Nebraska (where I filed my 485).
