I am current in OPT, will be expired this April. My company is going to file 140 form for me. My question:
1. After 140 form submission, can I legally stay in US even if my OPT expires? Can I work and be paid legally?
2. Do I still need to file H-1B visa application and get H-1B status before OPT expires if I want to work and be paid?
