My wife is pregnant now for 3 months, she plan to go back to China at the beginning of Feburary, she will apply for H4 Visa on Feb. 15th. I will go back to China at the beginning of March. I hold H1B visa. Now I have three questions:
(1) Will she get visa rejected because of her pregnant??
(2) If she get H4 visa, Will she be refused to enter USA because of her pregnant??
(3) If she get H4 visa, and I am still in China when she go back to USA, will she be allowed to enter USA??
