My hu*****and and I (he is the principle applicant) applied for green card in Sep 2006 under the category of EB2. He got his green card in three months while mine is still pending. I don’t see the obvious reason except for the fact that he is from Hong Kong and I am from mainland of China. I am currently on H-1B, which will be valid until June 30 this year. Meanwhile I will be going to school full time this fall. any suggestions as to what to do with my status. Thank you so much.
