My EB1b I140 was received by June 12th and I485 was received by June 29th 2007. In December, I was so upset when I saw lots I140 approval submitted in July. Luckly, my I140 was approved on Jan 8th 2008, and on Jan 11th, I got the EMail saying that Card Production Ordered. By the way, highly recommend attorney Jeff Xie (Xie law) and his assistant Kate Cheng. He gave me lots of useful advices when I prepared my I140 documents. Personally, I think he is a good one.
