我已经持有绿卡多年，但其中每年来回美国和大陆之间，几乎是每年暑假和寒假住美国，其余时间住大陆照顾95岁的奶奶，现在机票实在太贵，想办白皮书（回美证）来缓解下来回的压力。但又想是否会影响今后的申请公民。请问具体需要呆在美国多少时间才能申办美国公民？申请回美证需要去哪里办理和具体的步骤？请各位大哥大姐给个意见！多谢了。_:mad:
