I have approved NIW I-140 and filed I-485 last July. Both my hu*****and and I have EAD approved. Right now my hu*****and is in OPT and going to apply for H-1B. The required documents from his school include "any EAD". We do not know whether we should his I-485 related EAD to the school then to the USCIS. If we do not his I-485 related EAD, will the USCIS find that he has valid EAD but not ted. Will this affect his H-1 or our I-485? Thanks in advance!
