EAD renewal was denied. Don't know the reason yet.
Here is my situation: I came back US early this year with AP/H-1b. At the custom, the officer found another person has same Alien # as me, so he retained my passport and H-1 and ordered the deferred inspection. I went to infopass several times but no progress. Right now my I-485 has been transfered to the local office. I also filed H-1 extension, but I worried my H-1 extension will be denied due to the same reason. Then I will not be able to work. My I-485 will be denied due to unemployment.
Now what should I do? Contact the senators or congressman? Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
